Purchasing from The Herbal Dispensary
The Herbal Dispensary online shopping gives customers convenient, quick, easy, and secure shopping.
Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using a secure online Paypal and MasterCard transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment. The Herbal Dispensary does not hold onto cardholder information.
All prices in the online shop are represented in local currency ( NZD) for New Zealand,taxes are shown and All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason at any time.
Payment is via pay pal.
Payment can also be made via direct credit

As soon as your payment is received we will process your order. For New Zealand deliveries our preferred supplier is Courier Post. For overseas deliveries we use DHL.
If for any reason we can not fill your order immediately we will contact you.
We expect your goods to reach you in good condition if for any reason this does not happen please contact us immediately and inform the courier at the time of delivery.
Please ensure you supply us with your full and correct shipping address. The Herbal Dispensary will not be responsible for orders that go missing when the customer has incorrectly advised us of their address. Should you enter the wrong address, The Herbal Dispensary is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
For purchases outside of New Zealand, The Herbal Dispensary is not responsible for taxes, customs charges, duties, and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation of certain products.
The Herbal Dispensary takes every effort to ensure the quality of our products and that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order please email us
and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue. Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind.
We are happy to exchange your goods, (excluding sale goods, foods, medicines) within 14 days, with proof of purchase, providing the goods are in their original condition. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
We like to look after our customers and we do value your custom. We know you have a choice of where to shop and appreciate that you choose to shop with us. Offering loyalty points to our customers on-line and in our shop is a way of us saying thanks.
If you are visiting our shop at 6 wallis Street, Raglan our hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9am - 5pm
Sunday we are open 10am - 5pm.
